Halloween Monster Figure: "Hauntleroy" from "The Groovie Goolies"

Here’s a great figure to sneak into your layout! Perfect for tinplate “toy town” type layouts! You won’t find this one anywhere else, only made by Barclay, the “First Family” of figures for over three
generations! Now you can finally expand your layout without having to
deal with over-priced beat-up originals, or even worse, shoddy wares
from China! The figure shown stands approx 2 1/4″ tall, and comes in the colors shown.
Based on a very scarce
“Groovie Goolies” PVC figure made by Chemtoy in the early 1970’s, he
makes a great Halloween addition to your layout. The originals of this
series often sell for 75 to 125 dollars each!
Painted with a gloss enamel finish for that classic
“tinplate” look. If you prefer a more realistic finish, just spray with
“Dul Cote”, which is available at any hobby shop. As always, Barclay
figures are hand made right here in the US, just as they have been since
1925! The Barclay name has been synonymous with great figures, and I’m
proud to carry on that tradition – sure, you can probably find others
offering similar figures, but remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I’ve
literally scrapped and re-melted better stuff than I’ve seen others
