mouthpiece gently holds your lower jaw in a slightly forward
positionwhile you sleep. This opens the airway in your throat which

First,
 mould the mouthpiece with hot water to comfortably fit your
mouth. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included and a
handling
tab is provided. After this one-off fitting, you place thedevice into
your mouth before going to sleep, and take it out when youwake. The
device can be placed in the protective case provided betweenuses to
allow it to dry and to protect it from dirt and damage. If forany
reason you need to re-mould it simply follow the mouldinginstructions
again.
1. Insert the blue handle into tray breath hole, then put into container;
2. Submerge the tray into hot water(70-80℃,158-176℉) for 15-25 seconds;
3. Take out the tray using the blue handle;
4.Put
the tray into mouth and adjust the tray to a comfortable positionand
then bite; use your fingers to press side and front of the tray tomatch
your teeth and gum shape to mold.
5. Remove the tray and put it into cold water and the mouthpiece is shaped.
